Mini omelettes.

First, (optional) you can put pillsbury or similar bisquit mix in each muffin tin. About 1 tbs.

Next beat roughly 8 eggs in a bowl. Evenly distribute to each hole.

Also optional, i cooked bacon and sausage and dropped it in the egg.

Add a drop of maple syrup to each hole.

Finely chop a vegetable of your choice. I used spinach. Dunk it in.

Top with shredded cheese & bake until puffed up and golden.

Cocoa banana oat muffins

I cant give exact measurements. I eyeballed it. It is also important to add ingredients based on the consistency you desire. Mix peanutbutter, hot water, and oatmeal. Instant is fine. Add 1tsp cocoa powder.

Press your mixture into muffin tin about halfway full in each hole. Add four slices of banana on top.

Bake at 350 for atleast 40 minutes, again, depending on the consistency.

(That onlong thing is a sandwich wrap. Ive never tried freezing it, but it was a big hit so here it is)

Use a rolling pin to roll out one slice of bread. Smear with cream cheese. Add turkey and cheese. Smear another dab of cream cheese on the slice of cheese. Roll up from corner to corner. Done.

Broccolli & Cheddar Rice Cups.

I love using muffin tins, haha.

Cook rice thoroughly, fill 1/3 full with rice.

Beat 3 eggs and divide equally to each hole. (This hold them together)

Add shredded cheese to each cup.

Add raw broccolli and more cheese on top.

Bake 350 for atleast 20 minutes.

Applesauce Frenchtoast

Dip slices in applesauce instead of egg. Cover both sides.

Sprinkle cinnamon and organic sugar over each slice.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.

Enjoy!
